What if the Seller doesn't have a Day or Evening Phone which are required on the Seller Questionnaire?

The day and evening phone numbers are indeed required on the Seller Questionnaire. We want to force the Seller to provide us with as many contact numbers as possible. Usually, the day phone corresponds to the work phone and the evening phone corresponds to the home phone. However, this is not always the case. When a seller has one number and not the other, they will many times enter the same phone number for both the day and evening phone numbers. Also, they will often enter their cell phone in all three phone fields (Day, Eve and Cell). Others will often enter their area code followed by all zeros, example: 330-000-0000. So as you can see, there are many ways to get around the required phone fields if the need arises.
